A woman in Virginia won over a million dollars due to an employee’s mistake, as reported by Fox Business.
On the 21st of last month, Kelly Lynch stopped by a gas station to buy a scratch-off lottery ticket she frequently purchases. However, the clerk handed her a different scratch-off ticket called "Money Blitz" instead of the one she ordered.

Although she was initially dissatisfied with the mix-up, she decided to scratch the ticket anyway. To her amazement, the magic numbers appeared, revealing she had won 2 million dollars.
The Virginia Lottery, which runs the game, stated that the odds of winning were 1 in 1 million.
The next challenge for her was choosing between two options: either receive the full prize over 30 years or take a lump sum of 1.25 million dollars before taxes. Her choice was the latter.
Here’s hoping the next big winner is someone reading this article.
